How it works

1

Copy a resource link

Open one of your resources on Teachers Pay Teachers and copy its link. It has /Product/ in it.

2

Paste it

Made to Spark reads your cover, preview images, title, price and rating.

3

Pick your designs

Show your cover whole, show what’s inside, or frame it like a print. Each pin gets its own headline.

4

Publish or schedule

Each pin links to your resource. Post now, or schedule to your boards ahead of the season.

Designs made for covers with words on them

A TPT cover is busy: a title, a grade, “no prep”, a few preview pages. Most pin templates crop it and cut your words in half. These designs keep it readable.

Your cover

Your cover kept whole as a square on top, with a headline on a warm paper band below.

What’s inside

Your preview pages in a grid under a “What’s inside” header, so teachers see the pages they get.

Title on top

A serif headline on paper, over your cover with soft corners and a paper margin.

Matted print

Your cover matted on light paper inside a thin border, like a framed print.

Framed card

Two of your images stacked, with a paper card on the seam that holds the headline.

Your own look

Brand colors, fonts and your store name on every pin. Save the look once and new pins use it.

Pin your whole TPT store

One resource at a time is fine to start. When you want pins for every resource in your store, paste them all.

Bulk Pins

Many resources in one batch

Paste up to 100 resource links, one per line. Made to Spark reads each resource and makes its pins, every one linking to its own resource. Review the batch, then schedule it. On the Solo and Growth plans.

How Bulk Pins works
Auto Pin

Fresh pins for your resources, week after week

Paste your resource links into Auto Pin and it keeps making new pins for them on your schedule. Review each pin before it posts, or let them post on their own. On the Solo and Growth plans.

We tested crafts, science units, writing projects and math activities. Here is what to expect.

You paste What happens
A resource link (teacherspayteachers.com/Product/…) Made to Spark reads your cover, preview images, title, price and rating, and makes the pins.
Your store page (teacherspayteachers.com/store/…) Not read. Open one resource and paste its link, or paste many resource links into Bulk Pins.
A search or category page Not read. Paste the link to one resource instead.
A resource with your own mockups Add them under My photos. They are used in the pins, and the pins keep your TPT link.

Pinterest tips for TPT sellers

Pin ahead of the season

Teachers plan units weeks before they teach them. Schedule pumpkin, holiday and back-to-school resources well before the month they are for.

Make several pins per resource

A cover pin, a “what’s inside” pin and a framed pin reach different teachers. Each gets its own headline, so they are not copies of each other.

Name the grade and subject

Teachers search by grade, subject and season. The pin title and description are written from your resource title, so a clear title gives clearer pins.

Use boards teachers search

Group pins on boards by grade or subject, such as “2nd Grade Math” or “Fall Science Centers”, and pick the board when you schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do the pins link to?

To the Teachers Pay Teachers resource link you pasted. A teacher who taps the pin lands on your resource page on TPT, ready to buy or download.

Which Teachers Pay Teachers links work?

Links to one resource, the ones with /Product/ in them. Store pages, search results and category lists are drawn by the browser, so there is nothing for Made to Spark to read. Open one resource in your store, copy its link and paste that instead.

What does Made to Spark read from my resource page?

Your cover image, your preview images, the resource title, the price and, when there is one, your star rating. Pins are made from those, and the headlines and descriptions are written from your title and description.

My cover has a lot of text on it. Will it get cut off?

No. The printable designs keep your cover whole: on a paper background, under a title, or inside a mat like a framed print.

Can I use my own mockups instead?

Yes. Add your own photos or mockups under My photos and they are used in the pins, with your TPT link kept on every one.

Can I make pins for my whole store?

Yes. Bulk Pins takes up to 100 resource links in one paste and makes pins for each, every pin keeping its own link. Paste one resource link per line; store and search pages are skipped with a note.

Do I need a blog or website?

No. Each pin links straight to your resource on Teachers Pay Teachers. If you do have a blog, you can point a pin at your own post instead.

Can I schedule the pins?

Yes. Connect your Pinterest account, pick a board and a date, and Made to Spark posts the pins for you. Schedule back-to-school and holiday resources ahead of the season. You can also download the pins and upload them yourself.

How much does Made to Spark cost for Teachers Pay Teachers sellers?

Plans start at $12 a month, or about $9 a month billed yearly. Every plan includes pin creation, pin copy and Pinterest scheduling. Larger plans add more AI credits, more pins per day and bulk pin creation.
