Create pins and their copy, pick a board for each one, and plan every publish date on one visual calendar. Scheduled pins publish through the official Pinterest API. If you would rather upload them yourself, CSV mode plans the schedule without automatic publishing. Scheduling uses no credits on any plan.

What is a Pinterest scheduler?

A Pinterest scheduler lets you organize pins by date and board before publication. Made to Spark combines pin creation, copy editing, board assignment, and a visual calendar. With a connected Pinterest account, API mode publishes scheduled pins through the official Pinterest API. CSV mode keeps automatic publishing off and lets you export the schedule.

How far in advance can I schedule pins?

Plans can schedule pins up to 45 days ahead. During the 7-day trial you can line pins up as far as 30 days ahead, posting up to 5 a day. Pins set for after the trial wait for a plan; nothing is deleted. Plan daily limits are currently 5, 30 or 50 pins per day, depending on the plan. Your scheduler shows the limit applied to your account.

Can I create and schedule pins in the same workflow?

Yes. Pins generated in Made to Spark appear in the scheduler library with editable title, description, alt text, destination URL, and board assignment. You can place them on the calendar without moving the assets and copy into a separate scheduling workflow.

Can I try the scheduler before subscribing?

Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day trial at signup: up to 40 template pins with the titles and descriptions written, posting to Pinterest up to 5 a day. Pins lined up past the trial wait for a plan. Plan daily limits are currently 5, 30 or 50 pins per day, depending on the plan.

Can I schedule pins to multiple boards?

Yes. After connecting Pinterest, the scheduler syncs your boards so each scheduled pin can be assigned to a destination board. If you want to reuse an asset, create separate scheduled pin entries and choose the appropriate board and date for each one.

How are scheduled pins published?

In API mode, Made to Spark sends scheduled pins through the official Pinterest API at the selected time. Pinterest controls delivery, processing, and distribution after submission. In CSV mode, Made to Spark does not publish automatically; you can export the schedule for a manual workflow.
