The generator writes to three target lengths. Facebook itself allows far more, but only the first lines show before the "See more" link.

How to write a Facebook post with the generator

How many Facebook posts does the generator write?
Each run writes three posts on your topic: a short one under about 80 characters, a medium one of roughly 100 to 200 characters, and a long one of roughly 200 to 400 characters. You can run it twice a day without an account.
What is the best length for a Facebook post?
Short posts of a sentence or two are the easiest to read in the feed, and Facebook cuts longer posts off behind a "See more" link after a few lines. Longer posts suit stories and how-to content. That is why the generator gives you three lengths to choose from.
What is the character limit for a Facebook post?
A Facebook post can be up to 63,206 characters long. In practice only the first few lines show in the feed before the "See more" link, so put the point of the post in the first sentence.
Can I include a link in the post?
Yes. Paste a URL into the optional link field and each of the three posts is written to include it. Facebook builds the link preview from that page's Open Graph tags when you publish.
Does the generator add hashtags?
No. The posts are written without hashtags so the text stays clean. If you want tags, the Facebook hashtag generator suggests 10 to 50 for your topic, and two or three per post is plenty.
Which tones and languages are available?
There are four tones: professional, casual, funny and inspirational. Posts can be written in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. The generator works without an account, up to two runs a day. It does not connect to Facebook or post anything for you. You copy the text and publish it yourself.
